My educational journey has spanned the entire length of my professional career. I began as an undergraduate student at North Iowa Area Community College (NIACC), then transferred to Iowa State University in Ames for the fall of 1999. I obtained my Bachelor of Science degree with History major and a Political Science minor from Iowa State University in December of 2002. During my teaching career, I obtained my All-Social Science endorsement through coursework at Briar Cliff University and Buena Vista University in 2005 and 2006. I successfully completed my Master of Arts in Educational Administration, completing my PK-12 Administration certification through the University of South Dakota in 2010. In August of 2020, I plan to successfully defend my dissertation for the Doctorate of Education in Education Administration through Drake University.
