ABOUT ME

I am a school administrator, seeking to improve learning systems by driving out fear and engaging stakeholders through continual improvement principles.

“I am driven by a passion to serve, and seek to use my enthusiasm and growth mindset to improve and lead learning systems that advocate for the whole child, collaborate with school stakeholders to continually improve a learning system of high student academic growth, and maintain fiscal responsibility so we empower students to achieve excellence and be prepared for a lifetime of personal success.

Learn more about this model

Learn. Lead. Serve.

Learn, lead, and serve is a process utilized to drive continual improvement processes in organizations.
Learn:
  • Seek to understand and respect each person in our community and learning system.
  • Honor the voice of each member of our learning system and their ability to contribute to the continual improvement of the learning system
Lead:
  • Lead with people first, over programs.
  • Build relationships via predictable and engaging communication methods to continually improve with a systems approach in order to create a safe, welcome, and inclusive learning and working environment.
  • Create and implement improvement processes and change management methods to ensure an agile organization where the focus is on improving individual and collective efficacy of the individual members of the organization.
Serve:
  • Continually seek to bring joy to learning and bring learning to life for each member of our learning system.
  • Leave a legacy of service where fear is driven out and the value of individual members of the organization is recognized, we recognize what we want repeated, and we engage all members of the organization in improvement methods.
