Communication Strategies

Purposeful communication methods are those that are scheduled and embedded into the system itself.  Some strategies using the Learn, Lead, Serve model include the following for stakeholder groups including students, families, community and members of the workforce (certified and non-certified members):
  • Focus Groups
  • Rounding - feedback that is actionable
  • Weekly newsletter - inform and push information
  • Weekly video updates - inform and push information, more than weekly if necessary
  • Weekly letter - inform and push information
  • Grade level newsletters
  • Information sessions during conferences - pull to an event
  • Visibility at bus pick up and drop off, games, events, concerts
  • Social Media engagement of the above
